Czechia and Ireland aren’t the only places in Europe that love drinking beer. In fact, Malta has numerous bars, hole-in-the-wall places, and beach places that are ideal for sipping a cold beer on a hot day. Since Malta is a tiny island nation that is known for its beaches, great weather, and sunshine, it is no wonder a crisp-cold IPA can really hit the spot all year round!

It doesn’t matter if you head here during the winter months or the scorching summer; there are dozens of bars across the island, pubs, and beer gardens that are great for getting a cheap beer. Plus, you won’t have to worry — Malta is cheap all the way around, so it doesn’t really matter where you choose!

For those who enjoy partying, we recommend heading to Saint Julian’s. For those who wish to get a feel for the entire island, a road trip around this tiny 316-kilometer island is the best way to see it all.

Let’s see some of the coolest bars on the island and why they are great for sipping a tasty Maltese beer on a hot day.
