Already, 1,000 homeowners have gotten help. To participate in the program, homeowners will receive letters from the foundation in June with details on the fourth phase and instructions for registration.

Applications are accepted through postal service or digital submission. Interested parties should submit their applications by the 30th of September, 2024, before the commencement of construction activities in the autumn.
