A staggering estimate of 40,000 gamers are expected to attend the upcoming event in the town district of Leiria. The event will run from 4th to 12th May 2024 between 11 am and 8 pm. This will be its second edition after a successful debut last year.

The gaming event will be held across 15 areas of Leiria, where attendees will have access to over 70 gaming chairs, 12 VR devices, 50 consoles, 10 simulators, 70 monitors, 40 PCs and over 40 arcades. There will be more than 40 tournaments, eight conversations and eight workshops for the entire duration of the event.

 Gaming has evolved into the biggest entertainment industry and preferred entertainment of young people. Speaking to Lusa news agency, Pedro Silveira, from the organization intimated that 鈥榓 video game sells more copies than any song or film鈥�.

This year鈥檚 edition will feature a games room dedicated to the 80s and 90s, so visitors can expect to enjoy some classics such as 鈥楳etal鈥� and 鈥楽lug鈥�. There will also be an 鈥楨sportes Arena鈥� where main Portuguese players will compete in games such as 鈥楻ocket League鈥� and EA 鈥楽ports FC 24鈥�.

Several national influencers such as Pedro Tim and Salvador Gale茫o will be in attendace. Tickets are priced at between five and 10 euros available online and at local ticket offices. A 9 days pass at 25 euros is also available.  Attendees can visit the official for more information.
