Earth Day is next week, on April 22. This day serves as a reminder of the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability, encouraging everyone to band together and take action for a healthier planet and a brighter future.

It’s an opportunity to learn about the actions and reflexes to take to live a more environmentally friendly lifestyle, as well as to discover eco-friendly addresses and concepts in Paris!

Fans of beautiful exhibitions are not forgotten! Nature is celebrated in every corner of the capital, whether in the heart of Parisian museums, out in the open air, or in one-of-a-kind temporary spaces.

Humanity is becoming more aware of how we treat the planet. Climate change and global warming are affecting more people than ever before, making environmental campaigns more urgent. For more than 50 years, Earth Day has promoted long-term, global change to save our planet.

Earth Day, dubbed the world’s largest civic movement, has influenced several policies since the charity’s inception in 1970. From the Endangered Species Act in America to the 2016 Paris Climate Agreement, the organization has repeatedly demonstrated that humanity is capable of positive change.

In 2024, the organization calls for a 60% reduction in global plastics by 2040. They hope to create a plastic-free world by raising awareness about the harmful effects of plastic pollution, rapidly phasing out single-use plastics, and investing in new technologies.

Why not take part on 22 April?
