Stroll through Budapest’s Fairytale Lantern Festival

It goes without saying that the star attraction of the parade is undoubtedly the hundreds of lantern creatures. Crafted by skilled artisans, these lanterns come in all shapes and sizes, depicting a dazzling array of wildlife. Onlookers are treated to the sight of lanterns shaped into noble tigers, delicate butterflies, various birds, reptiles, and even species from bygone eras, all aglow under the evening sky.

It is worth noting that the event goes beyond radiant animal display,  attendees have a chance to stroke the gentle fur of cute baby animals, an opportunity afforded at this event.
