The 170-room building, set to open in late 2026 will be conveniently located in Budapest, Hungary’s XIV district, immediately above the bustling Puskas Ferenc Stadion metro station and intermodal transit hub. According to IHG Hotel & Resort website, their strategic positioning in the XIV district puts guests in the heart of Budapest’s sports, entertainment, and cultural scene. The historic Puskas Arena and the Papp Laszlo events hall, adjacent to the hotel, guarantee a setting bursting with energy and grandeur.

IHG’s Budapest hotel seamlessly blends luxurious suites, kitchenettes, dining areas, and couch beds, designed to meet the demands of both mid- to long-term guests and families. The Open Lobby concept, a restaurant, lobby bar, conference space, and fitness facility all combine to create an ambiance that is both welcome and opulent.

This project brought about the collaboration between IHG, Chain Bridge Ventures and Mogotel Hotel Group and together they are setting new standards for the hospitality industry, not just in Budapest but across Europe.
