The Second Mile Center is more of a serious thrift experience with gems that have not been picked over. It is located at 214 45th Street, West Philadelphia, PA.  They open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.

The store is a Non-profit thrift shop complex selling secondhand clothing, furniture, electronics, books & art. The store has also done an enormous amount of good for the community for over 30 years, it has helped ex-convicts get back on their feet.

The store is located at 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA. It goes way back to the 1900s and has been in Center City for the past 20 years.​​ They open every day of the week, except Monday and Tuesday from 12noon to 7 pm

It is well known for selling vintage pieces and many garments are encased in plastic ​​and there isn’t much priced under $100.You can find Chanel, Hermes, Louboutin, and authentic 20s flapper dresses. You will pay for your taste, but the one-of-a-kind item and collectable will be worth it.

5. Buffalo Exchange

At Buffalo Exchange Philadelphia, you can shop quality vintage, designer, and everyday staples. The store is located at ​​1520 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA. It opens daily from 11 am to 8 pm.

The Consignment Shop is located in communities throughout Greater Philadelphia on 700 South St, Philadelphia, PA. 

You can find Lilly Pulitzer, Gucci, Prada, and more. Consignors score 40 % of their item’s total selling price, but make you need to bring in at least 10 items to initiate a consignor contract here.

Jinxed primarily functions via, sharing posts of various vintage items with detailed descriptions and how you can claim them. With four Philadelphia locations, Jinxed has made a name for itself in the Philadelphia thrift store scene.

Each location offers incredibly unique, vintage furniture, home decor, t-shirts, and more.

9. ​​Bulk Vintage 

As the name suggests, ​​the store sells vintage clothing in bulk. On their they describe themselves as ​an independent, woman-owned, wholesale vintage clothing business based out of Philadelphia, PA. offering men’s, women’s, & children’s vintage fashions from the Victorian era through the 2000s.

They open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm.  They primarily target those within the vintage clothing industry, allowing them to purchase by weight or by bundle.​​

On their website, they also put a disclaimer that, “While anyone may shop online, our products are not intended for personal use so we do not offer size options. Our goal is to provide quality vintage to re-sellers, designers, costumers, and stylists.”

10. Thunderbird Salvage

The store is located at 2441 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA. It has got very high reviews from a couple of people.

Its setting is in an old warehouse with a lot of scrapyard vibes. They open daily from 9 am to 7 pm. 

A picker’s paradise of trinkets and collectables, you might end up spending the whole day in this thrift shop or at least a couple of hours.
