10.  One must obtain a permit to fire missiles

To fire a missile, you need a permit. Every person who intends to launch, attempt to launch, or discharge a missile inside the boundaries of this State must first get a written permit from the Department of Commerce’s Aeronautics Division on the form that the division may provide.

Any object or material that is launched into the air using gunpowder or another explosive substance, whether it was purchased by the person or made from chemicals, must be considered a “missile” as defined by this chapter.

12. Dance halls should not be constructed near a cemetery

Locations near cemeteries and churches are prohibited. Within one fourth of a mile of a rural church with a thriving congregation or a rural cemetery that is either maintained as a cemetery or has been used for the burial of the dead within five years prior to the operation or maintenance of such dance hall.

13. Dogs in heat should be secluded
