The Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is a three-Michelin star restaurant. It is known for its extravagant and refined melding of French and Japanese cuisine, executed by renowned Chef César Ramirez.

The restaurant is inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique. The courses change to reflect products in season. Further, the multi-course tasting menu is focused on fish & shellfish, with one or two meat courses and a variety of desserts.

Daniel has been a culinary staple on Park Avenue since 1993. It has two Michelin stars. For the delicious finger licking foods, the restaurant utilizes French-cooking techniques to cultivate new flavors.

In the restaurant you will have the pleasure of enjoying local seafood, vegetables and meat. The food on the menu can also be adjusted to fit dietary restrictions. Daniel’s elegant interior welcomes guests to the warm space. The staff is also warm and welcoming.

Per Se emphasizes farm-to-table dishes that are earthy and inviting. It features a serene and intimate environment with spectacular views of Central Park and Columbus Circle.

The restaurant is Chef Keller’s second three-Michelin-starred property featuring his daily nine-course tasting menu and a nine-course vegetable tasting menu using classic French technique and the finest quality ingredients available. It has an award-winning wine list that boasts of  more than 2,000 bottles.

Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City. The restaurant overlooks Madison Square Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Manhattan, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building on the corner of East 24th Street and Madison Avenue.

The restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011. The tasting menu consists of entirely plant-based courses. There’s a wide range of drinks to be enjoyed also.

This two-Michelin star high end restaurant is run by the culinary genius Chef Gabriel Kreuther, who focuses on Alsatian using French techniques. The restaurant has received wonderful accolades & awards. In Gabriel Kreuther, you are bound to enjoy a Heritage or Carte Blanche Chef’s tasting menu in the Main Dining Room.
