Krypto is the sidekick to a character known as Superman. He is Superman鈥檚 loyal canine companion and possesses similar powers to Superman.

Some of his incredible characteristics are that he is strong, has heat vision, can fly, and possesses heightened senses. He accompanies Superman in his missions and they face all the battles together. He has also appeared in other films such as Teen Titans Go! To the Movies, DC League of Super- Pets, Scooby-Doo! 2. Snapper Carr

Snapper Carr is a unique character in the world of comic book sidekicks. The character was created by writer Gardner Fox and penciller Mike Sekowsky. Snapper Carr was a sidekick to the Justice League. In this comic book, he was just a simple teenager who found himself inexplicably associated with the Justice League of America from 1960 to 1969.

7. Redwing

Redwing appears as Falcon鈥檚 pet and sidekick in the Avengers. He has saved Falcon so many times in his crime-fighting endeavors. In the film Falcon purchases Redwing during a trip to Rio de Janeiro. He helps Falcon to survive when their plane crashes and the Red Skull attempts to control both of them.

8. Aqualad

Aqualad is a famous superhero in American comic books and has appeared in several published by DC Comics and in media published by DC Entertainment. The character was created by Robert Bernstein and Ramona Fradon. He served as a sidekick and a contemporary Aqua girl.

The original Aqualad who served as a sidekick to Aqua man was a young Atlantean with purple eyes. This kind of eye in their society was considered as being 鈥渆vil鈥�. Aqua man took Aqualad and mentored him and helped him overcome his societal challenges.  After the training, he became a powerful hero in his own right.

9. Dum Dum Dugan

Dum Dum Dugan is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.  He was the sidekick to Nick Fury an officer of S.H.I.E.L.D. and one of the most experienced members of the team. Dum Dum Dugan was well known for his marksmanship with rifles and trademark bowler hats.

12. Kato

Kato is a fictional character from the Green Hornet Franchise. He appeared in comic books, television, film, and radio. He is the sidekick to Green Hornet and helps him in so many crime-fighting endeavors. He possesses unique skills and a significant presence in the Green Hornet universe. In the film we see him being saved by Britt Reid who is the Green Hornet鈥檚 alter ego while traveling.

Along the journey, their encounter sparks a strong bond between them. Later Kato becomes Reid鈥檚 valet and trusted confidante who secretly helps him in his Green Hornet persona. Throughout the book, he is seen to possess intelligence, resourcefulness, and technological skills which help in the Green Hornet鈥檚 strategies and plans.

13. Kid Devil

Kid Devil was initially referred to as Edward Bloomberg. He was a sidekick to Blue Devil in DC Comics. In this comic, he is just a teenager and meets Blue Devil on a film set, and becomes fascinated by him. He secretly builds a suit mimicking Blue Devil鈥檚 power and hopes to be his partner.

 At first Blue Devil did not accept his proposal until he proved his worth by helping Blue Devil to foil a crime and was later accepted and given the name Kid Devil. Their relationship becomes effective and they can accomplish many of their plans. Kid Devil possesses demonic abilities which go hand in hand with those of Blue Devil.

14. Tawky Tawny

Tawky Tawny is a fictional character precisely an anthropomorphic tiger. Tawky Tawny is a sidekick of Captain Thunder and the Marvel Family in Superhero/talking animal comic book stories. This story has been published by Fawcett Comics and later DC Comics.

 In the comic, he is seen to be just an ordinary tiger kept on a leash by one of six children who possess one of the powers of Shazam. Later the children transform into Captain Thunder and Tawky becomes a Smilodon in armor. He provides wisdom and assistance in battles against evil.

15. Bengal

Bengal is a fictional character who appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Fabian Nicieza and Ron Lim.
